HIGH SCHOOL GROUP PRACTICE SCHEDULE

GRNSA offers this group for all high school swimmers interested in continuing their swimming through the summer. Emphasis will be placed on maintaining endurance and continuing to develop proper technique & balance in the water.
The training focus will be designed specifically around the events and distances that the swimmer are working towards in their High School Seasons. Five 120 minute workouts per week are offered. Swimmers in this group will also be expected to compete in all WMSL Dual Meets, Tri-Meets, as well as the WMSL "A" Championships. These meets are FREE to all participants. Workout equipment must consist of goggles, fins, and mesh bag. Swim caps are recommended for swimmers with long hair.
